Hmmmmm......

So after the Panorama programme last night, what are my views?

Well, after looking around Facebook and the BDF, it would seem that the usual suspects are claiming a minor victory but I don't understand why. Within minutes of the programme finishing the Party's main FB page had sent out the text donation status, which personally, I thought was a total cheek. Who in their right minds would send any money to the Party now? Ahhh yes, the brain washed Nick supporters.

What people need to do is look at the programme from the angle of the non-member, or Joe Normal the average person on the street.

The programme served to show up not necessarily the Party, but the leadership, as a bunch of thugs, bullies and crooks and the Chairman as a coward, who rather than confronting the BBC in an adult manner, decided to literally run away from them, leaving the BBC film crew to be subjected to, what will look like to most people, a lynching.

I doubt that many Average Joes will touch the Party with a bargepole now and who would blame them?

All we seem to hear from the Griffin camp is, "But it's not true". Can we assume then that following this we can expect to see a full, open and frank explanation from Nick or one of his cronies addressing each of the points raised by the programme with evidence to refute them?

I won't hold my breath.

While the people who are firmly lodged up the backside of Nick Griffin will continue to claim this as a a victory. Anyone with half a brain cell will know that the programme has probably caused the Party irreparable damage.

On the plus side though, I did notice that Rachel "melted welly" Firth looked as rough as a bulldog licking piss off a thistle, ahhhhhhh happy days :o)
